Return postage is charged at our flat rate of just £10, which is added during checkout. You can ship your boombox to us for modification by whichever means you choose. Full details will be provided after checkout but if you have any queries we’re happy to help so please get in touch.
Boomboxes are relatively heavy and relatively fragile items, so please ensure that it is well protected in transit, with plenty of bubble wrap or other cushioning materials and a sturdy double walled box.
To reduce both waste and cost we aim to reuse the same packaging to return your boombox to you, so it should ideally be sturdy enough to withstand two trips.
